EasyPrep lets you distribute study material to your students in a structured and organised way.

Supported File Types

You can upload the following types of files:

  • PDF documents — notes, worksheets, previous year papers.
  • Images — diagrams, charts, handwritten notes.
  • Word documents — .doc and .docx files.

Organising Material in Folders

You can create an arbitrary folder hierarchy to organise your content. For example:

Physics/
  ├── Mechanics/
  │ ├── Newton's Laws.pdf
  │ └── Problems Set 1.pdf
  ├── Thermodynamics/
  │ ├── First Law Notes.pdf
  │ └── Diagrams/
  │ └── PV-diagram.png
  └── Optics/
      └── Reflection & Refraction.pdf

Creating Folders

  1. Navigate to Study Material in the sidebar.
  2. Click New Folder and give it a name.
  3. You can nest folders inside other folders to any depth.

Uploading Files

  1. Open the target folder.
  2. Click Upload and select one or more files from your computer.
  3. Files will be available to students in that batch immediately.

Assigning Material to Batches

You can choose which batches have access to which folders. This allows you to share class-specific or course-specific content with the right set of students.

Tips

  • Use a consistent naming convention so students can find material easily.
  • Upload previous year papers in a separate folder for quick revision.
  • Update material regularly to keep content fresh and relevant.
