Getting Started with EasyPrep

Learn how to set up your EasyPrep account, configure your institute profile, and invite your first students.

Welcome to EasyPrep! This tutorial will guide you through the initial setup of your coaching platform.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Visit the EasyPrep registration page and provide your institute name, email address, and phone number. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your account.

Step 2: Set Up Your Institute Profile

Once logged in, navigate to Settings → Institute Profile. Here you can:

  • Upload your institute logo.
  • Set your brand colours.
  • Add a description that your students will see on the dashboard.

Step 3: Create Your First Batch

Batches help you organise students by class, course, or year.

  1. Go to Batches → Create Batch.
  2. Give it a name such as "JEE 2026 Batch" or "Class XII Science".
  3. Set the start and end dates.

Step 4: Invite Students

Share the unique batch join link with your students, or add them manually by entering their email addresses.

Students will receive an invitation email and can start accessing content as soon as they join.
